As a Holistic Counsellor, my aim is to help you discover the answers to your own questions and problems by helping you understand your past, your present and the impact it has on you and your life today.

I believe that Holistic Counselling offers change on a stronger  and deeper level.
Holistic Counselling creates change that enables healing and peace and is lasting.  Holistic Counselling is enabling us to recognize and celebrate our “inner” self.

The Holistic Approach

The holistic approach deals with all sorts of common "human factors which create difficulties that challenge us on our journey through life. The aim in Holistic Counselling is rather than trying  to change outside circumstances, to facilitate more realistic perceptions of those circumstances. Thus we come to accept the reality that is our daily life with a greater awareness of choices we actually have, both about our responses and our emotions.

Learning to become conscious of the choices we have, and then to choose in the most appropriate way, leads to more personal freedom, liberation, and self realization, more joy and happiness. As we begin to develop our ability to choose our emotions, we also start to become aware of “new realities” that begin to appear in the world around us.

In over 20 years of accompanying and supporting people through their life journeys, I have come to the conclusion that more then anything, living a fulfilled and joyful life is about remembering who we truly are and the gift we bring to the world. Our ability to remember is quite often overshadowed by our past experiences and our absorption of daily life struggles.

My goal is to support you in all aspects of trying to discover/remember who you really are; and facilitating your recognition of choices available to you, in order for you to reclaim your inner strength. As you regain your inner freedom, you will, more and more, discover the presence of joy and fulfillment in your life. You will begin to love both yourself and others unconditionally.
